Domestic Carrier & Speeds: Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (estimated 2–5 business days transit) with tracking provided upon dispatch.

Address Accuracy & Lost Parcels: "Please ensure your shipping address is fully verified at checkout. DEW is not liable for carrier delays, delivery to incorrectly entered addresses, or theft once carrier tracking indicates successful delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier with your tracking reference."
